Director and Head of Sustainability, Faithful + Gould

Sean is a Director with Faithful+Gould (part of the Atkins Group) and is Head of Sustainability. He has  nearly 20 years experience  in sustainability and leads a global  team with a presence in the UK, USA, Middle East and Asia covering advice to  public and private sector clients covering policy, strategy and project delivery.  

Public sector clients he is working with include the Carbon Trust, DCFS, the NHS, WRAP and local government departments . Private sector clients include Nokia, Morgan Stanley, RBS, and Barclays.  

He is Chair of the Environmental Industries Commission’s Sustainable Buildings Group, an active member of the UKGBC and is working with RICS to establish a valuation premium which can be applied to green buildings.
