Armourcoat SCULPTURAL®

Description

- Incorporates up to 30% post-consumer recycled material - zero VOCs Armourcoat SCULPTURAL® is a range of seamless sculptural wall surface designs which are constructed from a series of pre-cast panels that are bonded to the substrate. The panel joints are then filled and sanded and a final decoration is applied to achieve a seamless sculpted surface. Armourcoat SCULPTURAL® designs are created by combining computer-aided design with traditional hand sculpting to create designs that fit together with total accuracy yet retain the essence of being hand crafted. Some of the designs are based on a single panel that creates a repeating pattern; others are made from a sequence of different panels that can be integrated together in many different ways to create totally unique sculpted walls. The multiple panel designs make it possible to create non-repetitive seamless sculptural walls where the designs flow and change across the surface just as in nature. As a consequence, no two walls need ever be identical.

ArmourCast

Description

- Incorporates up to 60% pre-consumer recycled marble - zero VOCs ArmourCast creates unique stone finish casting products offering stunning textures and effects with the look and feel of real stone. These hard and durable castings can reproduce almost any architectural shape that can be made in conventional GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum). The material and manufacture process are ideally suited to creating shapes and designs that are too complex for a hand applied finish. ArmourCast can be used in isolation or in conjunction with Armourcoat’s extensive polished plaster ranges. Armourcoat’s design advisory service will guide specifiers through design and detail development – as well the production of scale drawings – in order to ensure the required design and surface finish is achieved. Alternatively, ArmourCast is also available as a standard range of products which include flat or block panels with neat shadow gap detailing; skirting and dado rails; circular columns and rusticated pilasters of varying height and diameter; a variety of shopfitting items such as cantilever shelving, floor mounted display boxes and niches for recessed display, as well as frames, seating, sculptures and ornaments. ArmourCast also provides a good, cost-effective, modular solution for shopfitting applications, especially for the creation of niches, recessed display boxes and museum showcase-type display units.
